New art, painted this today in Art Rage, started out goofing with hand gestures...ended up with an ocean or two at my beck and call. Also playing a lot with color.
Did a real shift in the middle, went from a very cool palette overall to very warm--and then bringing out the cool blues and greens in the abstract band of water in the background.
This is Poseidonis, Kassandra's daughter, a character who appears at the very end of my book Sea Throne, and has a larger role in an upcoming book (it's with my agent, and a couple editors, hoping for a sale early next year).
